Fashion does it Better

Aesthetic statements we can’t keep for ourselves alone, sharing pictures and thoughts, photographs and names, numbers, new faces and nonsenses.

Jac, the Mozart of the Modeling World

Jac @ IMG, Gaga (Poland)

The comparison might sound odd, we can’t think of Jac with some other words. She’s prodigious and started young. No wild child, though. She’s precocious but also cautious. Very poised for such a little lady. After showing her skills in various editorials, she proved since her first steps in New York she has also an amazing sense of the runway. Emotional expression yet never too much, charming walk and even genius when she falls, it seems she was born to model.

If we strongly believe the best is still to come, as everything so far went better and better with time, her achievements in just two weeks on the catwalk is already enough to drop a few lines. She’s one of these girls who looks unstoppable and don’t rely on exclusives to make their marks and mark them from their peers. Her week in New York was as flawless as possible, she’s rocking Milan like no one else these days and who knows what’s next. You might understand why she’s unstoppable now, in which way. She belongs to these models who can do incredibly well wherever they walk. From New York’s most polished collections to both Milan and Paris visions of chic.

From Gaga Models in Poland to IMG worldwide the way wasn’t long but it took another great turn when she booked Herve Leger, Donna Karan, Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler and Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti. Then Calvin Klein. She did nothing less than opening and closing. So naturally, as if there was nobody else who could do it. Well, there wasn’t.
Milan started with Missoni and Jil Sander then saw names like Pringle, Prorsum or Prada joining the long list. And they’re still pouring right now. Last days in the city, higher expectations than ever.
