Jacquelyn Jablonski @ Ford (NY)

We don't know if we should write about Jacquelyn as a personal favorite or as one of the most sensational and talented models of these last few years. We think it will be both as we're quite unable not to go personal at a certain level. Let's start with obvious facts, though: her showlist from NY reached an unmatched level when it comes to high quality runway, opening quite a bunch of them (including Philosophy). To put it simple she walked them all, from Marc to Zac and from Klein to Wang. Her recent editorial bookings include a few pages in new Vogue Paris (breaking glass ceilings) and in Another Magazine, as featured above in a story by William Selden, styled by David St. John-James. From mainstream chic to indie shock, she does it all. And does it better. Regardless of the name of the show she walks, we're completely smitten by her distant yet benevolent expression, balancing her wild side with that precious poise of hers. If some models are more than "just girls", Jacquelyn might be more than "just a model". Hope it makes sense... if not, no worries -- her career will.
