Liubov @ Next (Paris)

Let's say classic beauty with a certain aura of mystery. Around her look, her book, her name. The image of that brown-haired Liubov kept haunting us since we knew she signed with Next Paris, waiting for the day she starts in town. Saw a few tests, felt our expectations rising. Lovely girl, lovely green eyes. Deep green eyes, actually and still this touch of mystering. Still haunting, sometimes we thought her name had a lot to do with that immediate deep love for her look but our intellectual integrity would never have allowed us to fall in love with a name. Not just a name.

Though, it has been proven several times, you often need a name to leave your marks -- provided you've got the look too. So, to make it short and simple Liubov has got the right look with the right name if not the right name for that look. Go figure and forgive us the puns and poetry, it's Friday night and there are four awesome pictures above to change your mind if your eyes get painful. The right this, the right that and everything packed right together and... the right booking. Being at the right place at the right moment. Wich was Lanvin Fall 2010 for her. Under the wig, of course, but not easy to overlook nonetheless.

Let's stop a sec with kooky litterature and dive deeper into the heart of our topic. Polaroids (well, digitals) above are promotional materials, image enhancers and beautiful objects more than objective tools to show a model's raw look and silhouette and give you an idea of what you can do with her face and measurements etc. Polaroids (yes, digitals and that's even more interesting actually) seen as a branding tool and not a basic requirement of what is still often called "the fashion industry". "Fashion world" suits better if you consider the dose of desire thrown into it. And that's the real point in having Liubov featured her on Friday, 10.39pm. Sell the image of the girl rather than selling facts and figures, make the clients want to sell their souls to get the model in their cast.

PS: She's 5'10 and that's worth a mention. Everybody still needs to know this.
