Make Me Blu

Blu @ PMST Blue-eyed blonde sounds like a cliché to some people in the fashion world but some blond girls with blue eyes aren't exactly like any other. Just have a quick look at Blu, one of PMST's latest finds and you'll completely understand what we're trying to say. We're not even telling you about the superblond hair and extra-blue eyes, we also consider her features are unusual for this beauty type. Impish gaze, fresh as can be, raw potential waiting eagerly to be refined through tests then... [Lire la suite]

TMSRRE part 17: Frida

Frida Gustavsson @ IMG (Paris, NY, Milan, London) She walked everything a girl has to walk in New York (including Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Philosophy, Rodarte and Ralph Lauren). She was everywhere she had to be in London from Christopher Kane to Pringle, she opened Gianfranco Ferré in Milan and walked for Alberta Ferretti, Fendi, Jil Sander, Missoni among others in the same city. Sounds like name dropping and even if some will point out how one show is missing in that line-up, we just have to say she doesn't need... [Lire la suite]

More Slices of Slides

Alina @ Slides (Paris) Here we go. Paris tomorrow and time for a little flashback before living in the present full-time for a few days. Slides girls as we said, all shoot during Haute Couture week in Paris last July while the models were waiting to get ready for Julien Fournié's first show. A whole bunch of beauties from the ones you already know to the faces of tomorrow - meet the new look of Slides. First one in alphabetic order, first one in success as well as Alina Zaharia started her career on the right slope walking... [Lire la suite]

Slipping in the Sliding

Ella @ Slides (Paris) Memories from July, rainy day in Paris, rive gauche. Perfect for a lovely sunny day at the beginning of Fall, perfect one day before the collections start again there. Wild water and fresh face, unforgettable pictures and the most lovely way to introduce another topic to come today: the girls from Slides. Boutique from Paris, revamping the image while building a new board with loads of energy, Slides is becoming one of these agencies people don't talk much about right now but we have to keep in... Meet Melina !

Melina @ Art-Podium (Ukraine) Melina arrives only a few times after introducing Olga Rozhok and it definitely seems that Art-Podium is strengthening its scouting and development tools these days. Unforgettable beauties that are slightly out of the beaten tracks and quickly capturing the attention of international good eyes, probably for that same reason. Fashion definitely needs new looks, new vibes to create new sensations through less known and less explored aesthetics. And that's exactly what a girl like... [Lire la suite]

The Keke-Effect

Keke @ Wilhelmina (NY) Time to have another look at Keke, Wilhelmina's girl who caught the fashion girl by storm this season. After some sensational debuts in New York at the beginning of the month, she keeps the level sky high in Milan (with Elite) adding a few of the most coveted shows on her booking-list. We were first informed that she walked Prada at the end of last week. We were also told we should better wait till the end to drop a few more lines. For obvious reasons. What will be will be and Keke walked another bunch... [Lire la suite]

Still no need to describe

Dana Korstenbroek @ SPS (The Netherlands) Still no need to describe Dana's beauty, still no need to decide if she's a classic beauty or one of these very specific girls who usually fit the most demanding aesthetic. As we said last time (just a little more than a month ago), she's most likely a bit of both, able to suit for various atmosphere with the same strength. A face that will appeal to both those who are looking for sleek features and the others who are nonstop striving for directional refinement.... [Lire la suite]

TMSRRE part 16: Jacquelyn

Jacquelyn Jablonski @ Ford (NY), Elite (Milan) Saving a few extra pictures for a future update has almost become a rule for us during showtime. And once again it was worth to keep a few polas of Jacquelyn from Ford NY in case she does well in Europe too. After an amazing start in New York earlier this month, her showlist from Milan looks simply flawless from day one to the end. Prada, Max Mara, Gucci or Dolce & Gabbana are enough example to feel the power and a lot of good signs for Jacquelyn's future.... [Lire la suite]

TMSRRE part 15: Alisa

Alisa @ Ice (Milan) There is another Alisa in Milan and you'd better not overlook this one. Alisa at Ice, cool as can be (and awesome on Matteo Montanari's shot above) and if the blond one she shares her name with walked Prada, she's got a lot to tell as well after two days of shows only. Count some of the very best on her booking-list. First one is Antonio Marras. Our favorite and, as we might have said thousand times these days, one of most interesting castings worldwide - all cities included. Extended and extremely... [Lire la suite]

Yeah

Sharon Kavjian @ IMG (NY, Paris, Milan, London) Prada, plenty of good news. We'll get back to it later and in depth. Just would like to focus on Sharon Kavjian for a few minutes. Discovered her this Summer, photographer Jonathan Leder was so enthusiastic about the way she photographs. Presence behind sweetness and quite tough when she's not smooth. We said she was no proverbial beauty, we meant she's not the kind of girl that follows a ready-made career pattern, she's one of these incredible models who write their own story going...
