Future in Motion

Malgozata Moksecka @ FM (London) Her mother agency in Vilnius, Metropolitan Models, introduced us to Malgozata last fall. She had a couple of polas, bad light but high potential. We trusted them and they came back with some great tests. Was the first time we featured her. Now she's making her marks in London and her home here is called FM Agency. And they are quite happy and faithful about her (and her future). She's just arrived in town and the response from clients is already as good as it should always be. Why ? Take another... Wanted: Tina

Tina Veshaguri @ Next We were just telling you how much we love these little words from people who worked with our favorite models. Photographers, agents, stylists... You can imagine an agent will always have a nice word to say about his own new faces, sometimes you just can't be mistaken in any way. When the three polas came to us, the only comment from Next was perfect body and 5'11 (180) and an army of exclamation marks. A minimalist introduction was all she needed to catch our attention to the max.... [Lire la suite]

Not just for the sake of polkadots

Nicole Lichtenberg @ Elite (NY) We always love to hear about the models we like from the people who work with them. And when Jonathan Leder told us about a sensational young Nicole at Elite, we couldn't not believe his words. We knew she has a strong look, we know about her modeling skills now. It sounds like a detail but the way she holds her hair in her hand caught our attention, it takes some instinctive grace to move the right way in front of the camera, especially when you remember we're talking about a... Unbreakable fragile little genius

Emma Karlsson @ IMG (Paris) Cute, we said cute and Emma Karlsson is quite cute as well. Not just cute, though. You might already know it but we can't get enough of her work and we bet we're not the only one. Her most recent pieces include a complete story for Hong Kong magazine Milk X Monthly, shot by Jessie Craig. The photographer, who counts now among our biggest favorites, just couldn't stop telling us how Emma is professional and creative. We already had some opportunities to check out her... Meet Angela !

Angela @ AW Agence (Poland) FDIB turns cute today. Or keeps the cuteness alive since yesterday's post on Adelina. Meet Angela, a Polish angel with the most appropriate name ever. She's sweet 16 and 172 (82-60-90) but who cares, she's fabulous and it shows. We couldn't pick four or five tests only, we took the whole package: no less than fifteen - pretty unusual here. And pretty justified if you take a good look at them. She's got cuteness and sweetness, she's... [Lire la suite]

Meet Adelina !

Adelina @ Avant Garde Models (Romania) She's like a doll, she's so precious, she's so cute and she's fresh from Romania. Avant Garde Models submitted Adelina to us last week and she was our favorite from their package. Love the slightly sleepy eyes, still full of expression like out of her dreams. The dreamy look might be all we need today. She's 17 and scores at 174 83-61-86, some would love a few more centimeters but we think her silhouette + her unique face have enough power to balance it. Soft power rules our Wednesday.... [Lire la suite]

Development diaries: Denisa

Denisa Kalavska @ Eskimo (Slovakia) We featured almost one month ago when she was in Milan (with Ice) and thought it could be a good thing to drop a few more lines on one of our favorite newcomers from Slovakia. Denisa Kalavska was scouted by Eskimo and, we already knew it, is highly photogenic. Camera-friendly we'd say. We also told you she is as young as talented and nothing has changed since, she's still that youthful blonde who knows how to pose (remember Karel Losenicky's tests back in June). Some... Wanted: Vivian

Vivian @ Ulla (The Netherlands) We saw her pictures by Yorick Nube and thought she was one of the girls to keep in mind at Ulla Models, Amsterdam, at the moment. A true classic beauty who seems to have a lot to tell and the piece of her portfolio we picked for this post was the most thrilling she has so far. A "talkative" picture that says a lot about her potential while her agency is building up a whole new book for her. We love the freckles, we love the poised expression, the freshness. Vivian is 16 and 5'9 (176),... [Lire la suite]

You know Yana ?

Yana Shmaylova @ Elite (NY) James Mahon pictured her as the most intriguing silhouette, the most lovely ghost we've ever seen. Ethereal at its highest level. It takes the right face and a lot of potential from the model and it really seems Yana has both. We just said that Elite has a high number of our current NY favorites three posts below and here is another example. And she's also another brilliant example of natural talent, as she's just 15 and brand new. Instinctive.Versatility is probably... [Lire la suite]

Zoom on Zoe (part two)

Zoe Mantzakanis @ MC2 (NY) We always love an unexpected part two to our posts and here comes one of our feature on Zoe. We might have already told everything we had in mind (or maybe that she leaves us speechless), there is always room for more outstanding pictures, especially when they add a little more info on a model's potential. Another side of Zoe by Bradford Gregory, all what we needed and her it is. Another great photographer offers us his version of her looks, another vision and a more complete overview of a portfolio in... [Lire la suite]
