It's summertime yet cloudy but she's strawberry-blond

Even if we're quite impatient to see the leaves fall from the trees. Even if we miss the hectic rythm of a new season starting. Even if the quiet summer days are not our favorite moment in a year, we could still take benefit of july and august to look around and feature some handpicked models more often than usual. Taking our time to make some different choices, having a trip out of the beaten tracks and discovering new faces or incredible (yet sometimes underrated) girls we wouldn't have noticed in the non-stop rush. That's the way we found Annely. We already knew her but taking a the time to have a closer look to her book gave us the feeling she's perfect to open our summer series. Who else than this strawberry-blond beauty (also signed with SS&M Models in Spain) could have been our first choice, here where the redhead issues are... seasonless ?

Vanessa is on topic, her first two pictures by Jonathan were exciting and now every single one is adding a whole dosis of enthusiasm. We've said infinity, we still mean it.

We already knew she was in NY building a rock solid portfolio for the season to come and making her first steps in recent resort collections. We know now how the fierce redhead looks when she's pictured by Jonathan Leder (definitelty taking the most incredible test shots of the moment) and we also know she can look laid-back as well. With that hat, sunglasses and grass all around. Another side to be discovered and a new question is popping up: how many sides ? We definitely believe the number is called infinity. In love with the second outfit. The jacket. Blue jacket. Blue as blue can be blue and as blue can be Benz (and Benz can be blue). Find your own, we've found ours. We love Chris Benz latest resort collection (let's say first that resort and cruise - and whatever, call it the way you want - is almost always yummy, eye-candy and light-hearted). Chris Benz resort turns to pleonasm and these few outfits are driving us crazy. Totally crazy. And mad about booking Holland Stevens to wear them. No better choice, absolute madness. The redhead at Major NY that already set our hearts on fire posing with a turquoise ice-cream in front of a ferris-wheel. Our style-icon for tonight. Heartbreaking memories and melodies. Dreams in color and a rotten cookie. We have a monster love for Holland in Chris Benz.

Development is always fascinating. The whole process is full of surprises and unexpected discoveries. Rough diamonds like Julie Flynn (we've noticed her last summer with a couple of early tests from her mother agency in Ireland) are slowly blossoming day after day, adding new pictures and experiences to their portfolios. Latest tests in Julie's book were shot by Shaun Colclough who also worked with Elaine Kenny, Suzy Chalmers or Wanessa Milhomem. Three other promising models making their first steps in London.

We're always thrilled by such a presence, such a way to look at the camera. Such a way to look at... you. Seems she's staring at us from the other side of the screen.
