Bouncing Babies love White Chocolate

Viviane Orth @ Way (Brazil), IMG (NY) We miss Riga, miss Vilnius but we're cheering up with some new pieces of brazilian beauty turned blonde while giving the last touch to our super Riga-special update to be released later today or tomorrow. Southern stunner just in time to forget how much we miss the North, Viviane Orth's new hairdo and unmistakable expressions seem to announce a new season which could be a new era if we think twice. Smart evolution, step by step, or bloody revolution... who knows how the... [Lire la suite]

Casual Chic

Marina Serbul @ Mandarina (Romania), IMG (Paris) Casual mood plus effortleslly elegant young lady will most likely give you the epitome of casual chic and that's exactly what happened when Marina arrived in Paris. Enjoying the perks of working in a parisian flat in front of Alexandre Brunet's camera, the dark blond sweetie took her time to enhance her palette of expressions and work out her English level before traveling. And the results are just amazing on every front. Book is getting thicker, skills are getting stronger...... [Lire la suite]

Networking

Valerija Kelava @ Next and Jenny Sinkaberg @ IMG Two more girls we mentioned recently, two girls who were actually the most striking newcomers we've met during the shows in Paris. Valerija Kelava, Next's wildcard of the season and Jenny Sinkaberg, a different kind of blonde from IMG. Unique beauties seem to have a bright future on glossy paper, beginning with Dazed & Confused, December issue (by Kacper Kasprzyk, styled by Mattias Karlsson). Network girls as well, as both are... Born to be Alive

Emma Karlsson @ IMG (Paris) No, she's not working on Tim Burton's future movie and it hasn't been shot on a set. Was backstage at Lie Sang Bong as Emma Karlsson is a big favorite of Sascha Lilic and the designer himself, gracing his runway season after season with her unique impish and playful look (also marvelous closing Tao, gorgeous at Manish Arora and Tim Hamilton). Another kind of elegance you wouldn't expect at first look. If she's not working with Burton, she has already successfully worked... [Lire la suite]

TMSRRE part 17: Frida

Frida Gustavsson @ IMG (Paris, NY, Milan, London) She walked everything a girl has to walk in New York (including Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Philosophy, Rodarte and Ralph Lauren). She was everywhere she had to be in London from Christopher Kane to Pringle, she opened Gianfranco Ferré in Milan and walked for Alberta Ferretti, Fendi, Jil Sander, Missoni among others in the same city. Sounds like name dropping and even if some will point out how one show is missing in that line-up, we just have to say she doesn't need... [Lire la suite]

Yeah

Sharon Kavjian @ IMG (NY, Paris, Milan, London) Prada, plenty of good news. We'll get back to it later and in depth. Just would like to focus on Sharon Kavjian for a few minutes. Discovered her this Summer, photographer Jonathan Leder was so enthusiastic about the way she photographs. Presence behind sweetness and quite tough when she's not smooth. We said she was no proverbial beauty, we meant she's not the kind of girl that follows a ready-made career pattern, she's one of these incredible models who write their own story going... TMSRRE part 1: Vanessa

Vanessa Hegelmaier @ Place (Hamburg), IMG (NY) Time for show reports and we're starting our TMSRRE series  again (for those who don't know about it, TMSRRE stands for The Most Subjective Runway Review Ever). Though, this time we're starting with a much more objective choice than usual as Vanessa Hegelmaier just closed BCBG Max Azria yesterday and there is no need to discuss it's worth a short report. Especially after we heard last Tuesday from her mother agency, Place Models in Hamburg, that she was currently in NY... [Lire la suite]

Eight Karlssonesque Pages and the Karlssonmania goes on

Emma Karlsson @ IMG Sounds like the Karlssonmania is going on (and wild) here. And not only on this page, magazines and photographers love her too. We already talked about Jessie Craig who considers her almost like a muse and featured her spread from NEO2. This time, it's in freshly-released September issue of Biba that you can find Emma Karlsson shot by Taka Mayumi. Some of you might think it's just Biba and not Vogue but we keep our trust in the magazine who's always ahead of the game in France for fashion stories using... [Lire la suite]

Thanks again, Jules

Jules Mordovets @ IMG Lusso. Our second feature from current Flair goes to Jules Mordovets, known for her poised and precious look on the catwalks and laid-back attitude right after. Also for that steady career, only built on rock-solid booking from Chanel runways to editorials like this one, shot by Benjamin Lennox. The first detail that caught our eyes might not exactly be a detail and could turn into her signature for the rest of her career. Think about verasitily, see the way she morphed into a totally... These Little Hands on That Cigarette

Emma Karlsson @ Uno (Barcelona) We featured Emma (also with IMG worldwide) as one of Paris-based photographer Jessie Craig's muses and here she comes again, this time in Spanish magazine NEO2. We've been missing the magazine who hadn't hit our favorite bookstores for too long, sadness at its highest when we couldn't buy this issue featuring Olga Syerbina on the cover. Though, stop crying and chasing tears from our cheeks, Emma arrived safe and sound in our hands and we're quite glad to have our copy.... [Lire la suite]
