It's been a long, long time we wanted to dedicate a complete article on Yvonne Eriksen (@ City Paris, mother agency Team in Norway). Actually since we met her for the first time, the last sunday of September last year, a morning at the Louvre, our first day at s/s 08 Paris fashion week. We saw a tall blond model with fierce yet friendly eyes glancing at us when we entered Lie Sang Bong backstages. Then, only one day later, we saw her again at Vivienne Westwood - her last time showing her collection at the Louvre and one of our very best casting memories ever - and definitely thought she was one to count with. Mixing the best of both worlds, endless legs and unique face with thousands of expressions. Slightly doll-looking, never dull-looking. Sometimes feline, sometimes futuristic, she kept on appearing here and there on Paris' catwalks but the very best of Yvonne is more the editorial flow in various magazines. We've seen SOON earlier, then Germany's underrated and always thrilling Style magazine (one of its issues featured the lovely Irene this year too) and now the latest issue of Dealer de Luxe, a favorite on our shopping-list. In an editorial called "City Blonde". Who else than Yvonne could have been labelled "City Blonde" after all ?
