The cookie is still good

She could have been our TMSRRE part 6 but we thought we had to save a special spot for her. We know her for quite a while and her potential was obvious from day one. Our faith in Kai dramatically went through a dramatic rise when we saw her in Paris (where she is with Major) this summer and a five minutes convo about cookies brought her a special status. Biased ? Always. Models aren't only faces, they also need a slight supplement of attitude to really stand out. It's not about being saucy or whatever, not about trying too hard to catch attention at any price while a natural, personal style remains always priceless. Kai was just Kai that night and the next morning, just back from couture fashion week, we wrote her name among our list of girls to watch for s/s 09. Vivenne Tam counts among our favorites in NY (newsflash: we have to add Michael Kors and Oscar de La Renta to the faves now - Sasonkina-alert!) and picking Kai for the show most likely helped.
