Introducing: Nisch Management

Nisch Management or the birth of a new boutique agency in Sweden. An agency to put on your list if you're planning a trip to Scandinavia soon. Recently founded by three incredible people sharing the same vision but coming from quite different background - one used to be a freelance scout, one used to model and the third one is specialised in coaching and devoted to development. After following the whole process of building the agency and seeing the girls arriving one by one, we thought it was big time to introduce their board right now. Carefully selected newbies, handpicked as always. Meet the girls and learn more about the vision and aesthetic of this young and strong boutique.

Fanny @ Nisch (Sweden)

Fanny is most likely the iconic face of Nisch so far. She's not the tallest but already 5'8 (172 82-61-86) and still growing. So, Fanny is for the future. It's more her peculiar look that strenghtens our feeling she's representative of Nisch's aesthetic. A model with these "heartbreaking" qualities. "It's exactly that, that we look for. Intelligent beauty but with that hearbreaking quality" as it came across our last model-talk, precising that they "are not interested in hype or cool kids, but sweet, motivated and talented girls and boys . And there hasn't really been anyone in Sweden providing this, so that's why we started".

Fortuna @ Nisch (Sweden)

Fortuna was the first girl from Nisch we saw at the end of last year. We immediately know she was special, we immediately noticed Nisch's tastes were as strong as different. Promoting precious girls they found out of the beaten tracks. Exploring. "Of course they must posess modelling qualities but they need to have something more than just beauty. They must be interesting, they must have that quality that makes you look again and take notice." Sounds like a perfect description or it seems. Fortuna has these modelling qualities - she's 5'11 and working out her silhouette at the moment - but also thrilled us for being the precious and special one, her appeal relying on her very own kind of beauty.

Marie @ Nisch (Sweden)

The whole definition of what they are striving for goes a step forward with Marie. "The girls who get scouted in Sweden are most often very cute or quite classic, and we have always been interested in the kind of beauty that isn't as obvious or direct" and she just fits this vision like ivy on vine. And, while working on her book, they had a fantastic opportunity to experiment it and sharpen her look with a little hair makeover. Finding the look that suits her most. Marie is one of their girls in high demand right now with her unique attitude and 5'11"5 silhouette (181 76-63-87).

Ofelia @ Nisch (Sweden)

Back to the cute side ? Why not. Or how special faces can also be very cute. Sophisticated and lovely. Ofelia captures the eye and attention with her expressions as well as her 5'10 silhouette. She's also the best example of the various influences playing a role in the making of the agency's aesthetic. "Our inspiration comes from alot of international agencies, of course when we started being interested in this kind of beauty it was because of Supreme, but most of our inspiration has come from Russian, Polish or Dutch agencies."

Johanna @ Nisch (Sweden)

Johanna has a look of her own and is the one for people who like to take a few risks. She's not classic, not classic at all and unfortunately only scores a tiny 5'8 (with a little hopes left for a couple more centimeters than 173). But her melancholic gaze, poised attitude, naturally sophisticated poses keep us quite interested about her and her future. As they tell us, "a career doesn't happen all at once, that it must be built from the ground upwards, step by step. And every job they do is because they can learn from it and benefit from it. It's not a quick way to money, but I think it's the right way to go, and I think they'll have a longer lasting career this way". Johanna's career probably won't be the easiest but she's got enough potential, something truly unique that we believe could bring her a few opportunities. Fingers crossed or eyes wide open ?

Esther @ Nisch (Sweden)

Last but not least, Esther. Not the tallest as well (173 - 5'8 with an amazing silhouette: 80-62-88) but she's rather interesting, almost intriguing and adds another little clue on which kind of faces you find (and you'll find) at Nisch. Calm yet expressive, giving another version of the cute blonde (with black nails). So, we hope you know more about Nisch now and we expect more news, more girls from them soon. Resulting of "something missing on the swedish modelling market" with a true will to fill the void, the newborn agency is ready to take off. Not only on the women's side but also with a little army of precious boys (unfortunately we don't feature men but this other division is worth a look here as well).
