Marc by Marc...

It's time for a little review. It was London's last and maybe most awaited show of this season. So, what does it look like ?
First, I should remember that it's "just" Marc by Marc Jacobs and not Marc Jacobs. Big difference, after all. His second line is, looks like and will remain a second line. No problems if you know it. It's not good, not bad and as Marc Jacobs said it himself, it's maybe more a question of how people will wear the clothes, how they will build their personal look with them. This being said, I can look at it more quietly and stop to compare it to his NY show.
Here is no really strong atmosphere or theme or anything just clothes including some nice pieces, some overally cute outfits and some suprising ones (in a good way). The casting is OK and I'm quite excited to see an awesome newcomer here (who's with Supreme): Esme Carpenter. Glad to see Fernanda Reis, Anna Barsukova or Giedre Dukauskaite.
Nice clothes, nice casting... OK it's all nice. But was it enough to save London fashion week ? Still don't know...
