Press review !

News from our bookstores. New french mags, from the cheapest to some more expensive. Depends of where you see cheap and expensive, in the prices or the contents. Let's say the contents are all quite expensive in some way, from Biba to Mixte without forgetting about german QVEST.
The little ones, small size and not "fashion only" mags like Glamour and Biba, if they aren't considered as the cream of the top could be seen as some interesting training grounds for new faces. Definitely worth a look if you're following Kika Rose Ridley's first steps (in Biba, twice now) or if you're still hungry for more Lakshmi Menon (also in Biba). And if you're in love with the most eye-catching (and most promising ?) new girl at DNA, you'll be more than happy to know Victoria Anderson has two eds in french Glamour. Training ground. Same for the italian version with this month's casting including girls like Arielle Pytka, Arizona, Bruna Hort or a redhead cutie called Shelagh (from Ford Toronto and signed with Brave Milan). Again, it's all about being the good training ground for the next generation.
Bigger size, bigger contents and paper smelling oddly good. Citizen K is purely delightful this summer. Forget about Heidi Klum on the cover, forget about covers in general. The first and the biggest fashion editorial is one of the best this season (studio shots by Boris Ovini - love him - and location shots by Sol Sanchez). Count our favorite among the models. No less than Julia Shvets (with or without wig) AND Lyoka Tyagnereva AND Anna Kuchkina. Then a couple of great surprises in the second editorial by Sol Sanchez. Last but not least, a dream come true. A new, brand new editorial with our darling Dasha Malygina, better than ever and true to herself, to her unforgettable style, mood and poses. She's sharing this editorial by Gregory Derkenne with Malin Ones (the Joy girls are definitely busy these days).
Then QVEST, new QVEST and another good issue. Skye Stracke on the cover and with a fantastic story inside and more Lyoka (also busy, busy, busy). Let's close this review with the first news we have from Mixte: Irina Lazareanu (on the cover and inside) and especially Elena Melnik, another huge favorite that is getting job after job.
