Passing by and rushing ahead

August. Finally july is behind us and august is here to help us looking forward to new things, more action. Everything begins with NY. Everything begins in NY and in one month. Or maybe it's better to say it has already begun, now. Irina Gorban is a model we've been following very carefully since we saw some very early - very alpha yet very promising - digitals from Russia one year ago. Maybe a little more, it's not really important now. She's in NY, she's with One, she's been shot by James Mahon who's been relentlessly featured here as he's relentlessly making some of test shots of our favorite newcomers. Remember Camille or more recently Laura Halm. This time Irina's pictured on the beach, on the rocks in a very "non-holiday-ish" way. Just as if she were just passing by and she probably was. Just for a few shots then back to the frenzy around, the usual way to go for a new face in New York. Usual way perhaps, unusual book for sure.

the very last show it ok. I hope the rest of the photos are making some obscure artsy point that I just don't get
