Some McCann moments

Laragh McCann @ Women (NY)

A bit more than one month ago, just a few days before NY fashion week we thought about an article on Laragh McCann. It turned into a longer post than expected and was finally called Twiglight raspberries and misty mélopées for various random reason. Build with polas and a part of her showcard where she was pictured with that lovely newsboy-cap, the detail that intrigued us and led to such a huge article was her incredible ability to embody various characters for the need of very different runway collections or editorials. The list was already long, especially on the editorial side. One month later, the news are really good and simply confirm Laragh's chameleon-power. Her show line-up include a nice, selective group of coveted catwalks. All in different moods. From playful, youthful and cute at Marc by Marc Jacobs (top left) she became much darker with the corpse-bride make-up at Antonio Marras (top right) when she hit Milan. Also keep in mind she opened John Rocha and did Topshop Unique in London. Paris was the climax, though. Walking for Balenciaga (bottom left) would have been enough, showing she can do it without brows but the best came with the last day, last show, Miu Miu (bottom right).
