Theones2watch.com calls it a dutch deluge and some others already awarded The Netherlands as the "new Brazil". We don't know what to think about a "new Brazil" or any kind of concept like that but the truth is that we really see a dutch deluge these days. New faces from Holland are taking the world by storm. Our explanation of this huge wave of flying Dutch girls has more to do with the power of their scouts and agencies. Especially the emerging ones, focused on the image, providing a high level of management, placement and exposure to their girls. Recent successes (or successes in making) called Nimue, Nyok, Bregje or Sharon (another Fresh girl and, not kidding, the freshest newcomer at IMG NY) are the best examples so far and we guess many will follow.
We've already introduced a girl from Fresh Model Management last week. We just keep on believing in their recently scouted models and picked Dieke this time, a delicate 5'11 girl that turns out to be... a very sporty one, let's even say having a real passion for everything rocking like mountainbiking or hockeying. Among others. Multi-tasked in sports, she also looks multi-tasked when it comes to poses, described by her agent as "not afraid to try poses" and "fierce". Attitude often does it better but nothing's worth a sweetheart with attitude.
