Ralph Lauren f/w 07-08

The last day of NY fashion week is beginning and Ralph Lauren's show has strangely caught my eyes...
Nothing really new compared to his former collections.
Actually the best way not to be disappointed is to leave the 180-degree turns to other designers.
So it's typical Ralph Lauren clothes spiced up by some golden jackets, some attractive outfits and... a perfect casting.
Really well done, well balanced with some established models (Inguna Butane, Caroline Trentini, Vlada Roslyakova, Anja Rubik ...), some  models of the moment (Cecilia Mendez, Bruna Tenorio, Magdalena Frackowiak ...), some of his all-time favourites (such as his beloved Valentina Zeliaeva, the amazing Katia Kokoreva and the gorgeous Kerstin Mannik) and some promising newcomers (Yana Karpova and Anzhelika Kocheba).
I had a really nice time discovering this collection.
