Is there anything about Maaike we didn't write ? Don't think so, but there might be some pictures you haven't seen yet and these ones just picture her the right way. From serene to spooky, from playful to gently crazy, the palette of expressions she pulls out is subtle and precious. Shot recently by Gilbert François (check out the feature we dedicated to him and his work) in his very own style, this short black and white story focuses on what can be considered as Maaike's essence and that's probably what matters most to us. We often wrote how polaroids are a model's passport, we could write now that great test shots are a model's visa. Even if Maaike would get our stamp of approval anytime.
