FDIB loves and bookmarks: Elite NY's Models of the Day

Here we go again. Elite NY did it last season and does it again, daily blog features on their new models in town and these 'Models of the Day' caught our attention this time too. Simple polaroid-sheets that say more than long texts or sophisticated editorial outtakes, simple as a light-speed introduction which is probably the only way an agent can talk about his models during fashion week frenzy. Just a post and a few works like... well, the model's name, her favorite designer and music brand. Short statements and loads of visual appeal in the fancy little details of each digital used on these black sheets. Two young ladies stood out from the stunning crowd so far: Bambi and Vick. Two different looks and two short nicknames you keep in mind like haunting melodies. Also two different portraits that get straight to the point, two different aesthetics like two natural counterparts to each other or two sides of the same vision. Focus again on the model as a unique individual when it comes to promoting newbies in town. On Bambi's card you first smell the style, as a geniune part of her character while on Vick's you are immediately smitten by the raw and pure, untouched look highlighted by a 'minimalist' background and casual outfit. Eagerly waiting to see who's going to be Elite's next 'Model of the Day' later today or tomorrow. Timezones... don't know about that anymore.
